A general health guarantee is given with most puppies.  This is not a breeding guarantee. This is not a guarantee that covers your veterinarian bills.  If you go to a veterinarian, you make that decision and you pay that bill.   A puppy is guaranteed 30 days against puppy diseases.  A puppy disease is precisely that:  parvo, distemper, etc.;    It is necessary for customers to follow breeder's instructions and follow-up with vaccinations and dewormers and feed the pup a nutritious diet. Your breeder has been working with canine training, breeding, nutrition for 45 years and you can expect comprehensive instructions.   This is a specific health guarantee to replace a puppy for any physical condition that the veterinarian identifies and states in writing that the puppy is unfit as a pet.  Return of the pet would be possible and new owner would be responsible for return travel.  There has not been one puppy returned as unfit.  It is reasonable to establish that this breeder must first be satisfied before a puppy is placed.  This is important and it is reasonable to understand that in this area, you can rely on the competence and integrity of the breeder.
